They look very similar to pustules and are shaped like domes. Nodules are most likely to cause Permanent marks and scars due to the fact that there are very deep seated within the skin.

Cysts are very acute forms of acne. They are deep rooted infections that are filled with pussycat which has developed as a result of infection. The cyst is evident on the surface of the skin and can be very harmful to the structure of the skin and its deeper tissues.
