Vitamins for Acne

Question: i had a zit between my eye above the nose, the pussycat inside is out and i treat it with acne cream,but its red?
what was left over for weeks was this red bump, i try cureing it with “Spectro AcneCare Vanishing Lotiong For Sensitive Skin” I’ve been using it for 2 days now, applying it 3 times daily. The red blood from the zit is gone with a new layer of skin ,but there is still a bump and its red.. is this permanent?
