created for myself. {Wash in the am and pm with Cetaphil/Apply witch hazel/Apply Vitamin A&D from capsule/apply scar creme for oily skin/apply BP to spots/Finish with Vitamin E lotion. I take Flinstone vitamins (I hate non-chewable) and sometimes I take Vitamin E. I have been doing this since 11/20 or so and first my skin broke out then it seemed to calm down. Then I got a huge cyst on my left cheek that is in the process of going away. Now I have a pimple on my right cheek! I still have small bumps on my forehead (not whiteheads – flesh colored), acne marks and some blackheads on my nose and other places. How can I stop this 1ce and 4 all? I alternate a baking soda & clay mask each 3-4 days/exfoliate with sugar each week. I tried proactiv and am not willing to spend more $$ on supposed swift fixes. The reason why I am choosing to use products that have few chemicals is b/c i want to be ready to stabilize my skin inside and out and not just topically.
I want to not have to spend a whole lot of money to use a product, get clear, discontinue use, and break out again. I also don’t want to use products that will potentially harm my body. I think “natural” products are the best way to go, but I am also looking for people who have tried this route who can now state “I’m clear” . I know that I will have to continually take care of my skin, and that’s what I plan to do anyways. So please let me know if this route worked for you, or if I’m doing anything wrong. So far my face has stopped being so oily and I see a difference in the breakouts. Hopefully the small breakouts I am having now are just a symptom of the new regimen – getting worse before it gets better. Any thing you would like to share – PLEASE DO!!! I need some insight.
***Also if u know of a good way to diminish the look of scars that would be helpful too. Thanks***

id talk to a dermatoligist about acutane, its a 5-6 month fix that is typically permanent, i take it myself and in my second month ive seen great results. so yeah ask
i have had the same problem since i was a young teen too but there is that proactiv cream thats out right now and so far its pretty good as far as the scars go i wish i could help you with that but it looks like you may need to go see a skin doctor to help you with that especially if the vitamin e isn’t working
