Vitamins for Acne

Question: I have recently used Nair for men on my back and shoulders and have developed painful acne
I have also waxed one other time and developed the same type of acne. Shaving also does the same thing however not as bad except I dont like the stuble when it starts to come back.

What could be causing this and how can I remove my body hair without this happening
