If You Want To Know The Best Way To Get Ripped, Lose The Fat First
September 13th, 2010It’s no doubt that if you are looking to get ripped, you have to lose the weight first. Some people think that they can get ripped just by lifting weights and performing power exercises. While it might help you get bigger, you wont seem ripped. The fat that’s accumulated in your body will just cover your muscles and never grant you to achieve the ripped appearance.
The toughest parts to get rid of fat from are your tummy area, your underarms and thighs. Virtually all people struggle with these areas and frustrate themselves that they are unable to lose the fat. Many think that they could simply work those areas out and negate the rest of their body. The fact is, if you want to shed pounds, get rid of the fat in those areas and get ripped, you have to exercise the whole body so that you can achieve the appearance you want.
There is no way around this. However, there’s a secret that individualized trainers will not tell you. That is, there are specific exercises you can do that burn fat a lot faster than the regular sit up, near up, jumping jack type exercise. However, your appearance trainer wont let you know this because he charges you per session therefore the longer you’re with him or her, the more money they make.
There are exercises such as the ripper which in 5 minutes burn more calories and fat than sprinting 100 yards and doing 100 crunches and it is easier to do than those crunches. Look, if you wish to know the best way to get ripped you need to lose the mentality of doing the same exercises everyone else does. You need to find these secret exercises and do them yourself.
Would you rather bust yourself on the floor doing situps and near ups and hope you get ripped or would you rather utilize the methods that are the best way to get ripped and do half the work but get 2 to 3 times the results that you are getting now?
