Most efficient home remedies to clear blackheads, acne stains, and a few pimples in 5 days?
September 15th, 2011Question: Most efficient home remedies to clear blackheads, acne stains, and a few pimples in 5 days?
My skin is normal (not too oily or too dry) I don’t have major acne, right now I only have two pimples. I also have a lot of black heads on my nose. My nose is the oiliest part of my face. The rest of my face is affected with stains I’ve gotten because of squeezing out pimples and blackheads.
What home remedies can I use to clear my face up (at least enough for it not to look unsightly under a tiny make up) by Saturday?
p.s. I recently purchased Mederma stretch mark therapy, will this help in clearing out the stains?

try epiduo gel, u need a prescription from your doctor
or u could rub potatoes onto ur troubles areas dat should clear it up in 1- 2 weeks
This may sound weird and you might not be down for it but going to the tanning bed for like 7-10 minutes always clears peoples faces up in 2-3 days. As for black heads get the strips you put across your nose and anything that’s left just squeeze the rest of them but instead of doing it with your nails (which often causes breaking of the skin and bleeding leading to scars) bend your index fingers and then use you middle finger joints and do just like you would if they were your nails.
Hey there, i know what ur going through. i had the same thing you had. So i tried pretty much every product out there (including the leading Proactive and Skin ID) and the only thing i gained was a mas of pimples and blackheads (and scars). Then, maybe two years ago, i did a bit of research for home remedies. I mixed and matched and in a week my face didn’t have a single mark on it.
Here are some of the best home remedies you can make.
For blackheads:
Blackheads occur when their is an oil build up on your skin and gets locked into ur pores. Its almost impossible to find a clinical product that will get rid of them without giving you acne. So ive been making home remedies and i promise ur blackheads will be gone in a week (at the most) and will be fading after one use. Why pay to get your blackheads gone in a whole month when you can get rid of them for free within one week!
Turn on a kettle or humidifier at high heat. The steam will help open pores and self clean oil, dirt, and gunk that create blackheads. If you dont have access to either, pore steaming water into a bowl. Hold your head just above it and drape a towl over your head so the head is contained.
To clean out ur pores every morning and nigh after u turn on some steam; make a wash using boiled milk with cinnamon powder and honey. Massage into face before going to bed and wash off in the morning with warm water. The milk opens and cleanses the pores while the cinnamon heals. Honey adds a bit of moister which helps to open the pores without over moisturizing the skin. However, if u find ur skin is increasingly oil, do not use the honey. it is very possible to have blackheads yet have dry skin, and if that’s the case, do use the honey.
Make sure to use the wash after you steam or you will break out. if the steam is for any reason uncomfortable to your skin, only use the wash.
It a great remedy which also cleanses deep inside the pores. helped my life and leaves skin super smooth.
Acne/Pimples:
Make a paste by mixing honey, lemon juice, olive oil, and cinnamon powder. Smooth over face and let the ingredients moisturize and sooth for 2mins. Wash it off using lukewarm water and you should notice the redness already begins to subside. You choose how much of each ingredient you put onto your skin based on how sensitive, oily, and/or dry your skin is. Include at least 1tbs of honey, 2tbs of lemon juice, 1tbs of olive oil, and 2 taps of cinnamon powder. For oily skin add more lemon juice, for dry skin add more honey, for sensitive oily skin add more cinnamon powder, for sensitive dry skin add more honey and cinnamon powder. Lemon juice is a healing acid so no more then 2tbs should be used on sensitive skin. The honey moisturizes the skin. The minerals in it sooth and deplete itchy redness and blotchiness. Olive oil is one of the most important ingredients. The liquid sinks deep into the pores and cleans and moisturizes super deep. It also heals and mends dry, damaged, or dead skin. The cinnamon acts as an exfoliating scrub. It opens and cleanses the skin to clean out unwanted oils and toxins.
___
The most important thing is to make sure you are eating an appropriate diet. When the food is carried through your system, its full of toxins that are sent through your blood stream and are released through the pores in your face. These oils are so immense due to increasingly bad eating habits and get clogged in your pores which create blackheads and pimples. Eating veggies and vitamin E supplements help for a clean digestive system so clean fluids are being carried throughout your bloodstream and healthy, manageable oils are being released.
To prevent breakouts; its important to take the right vitamins…
Vitamin A: a very good vitamin for healthy skin. It helps strengthen the skin and repair tissues. A can help prevent dry skin and acne.
Vitamin E: an antioxidant that can help prevent free radical damage to the skin.
Vitamin C: helps with healing wounds and other damage to the skin. There is some evidence to suggest it may rejuvenate the skin.
Vitamin B: helps keep your skin tone healthy. It is also a good vitamin for relieving stress, and so it may prevent some of the skin problems (like eczema) that can be caused by stress. There are a number of different vitamins in the vitamin B group.
-Vitamin B1 is an antioxidant that helps rid the body of toxins. It can also assist circulation.
-Vitamin B2 helps keep the skin healthy. It can also help prevent acne.
-Vitamin B3 improves circulation.
-Vitamin B5 helps reduce stress.
-Vitamin B6 helps keep the immune system healthy.
Zinc: helps the skin’s natural healing process. It is good in preventing the over-production of sebum, which will also help clear up acne. Zinc also helps the immune system.
Some foods that are high in these vitamins are eggs, cheese, dark green and bright orange vegetables (eg. broccoli, spinach, carrots, squash, pumpkins, sweet potatoes ect.) berries t
