Natural herbal remedy for Cystic ACNE?

Question: Natural herbal cure for Cystic ACNE?
I have problems with Cystic ACNE,and have tried several costly Antibiotics
at my Dermatologists – all of which have done nothing to stop the formation of
even regular pimples!

I have terribly oily skin,and each single topical thing I’ve tried on my face
doesn’t stop the oil. The oil is probably what’s causing the ACNE in the first place.

Is there a Natural Herbal Remedy? Something I can swallow? I’m sick of rubbing
things on my face,and would rather swallow herbal capsules,or pills,etc;

ORAL only please – NO TOPICAL!

If there were, someone would be making a lot of $$$s from it As it is, there are many costly kinds of untested and probably useless ’snake oil’ for understanding on the net.

Have you given the medications a acceptable try? Sometimes it takes several weeks to take effect.

Pimples, boils and acne happen when clogged pores become infected.

“Prescription medicines include:
•Oral antibiotics (taken by mouth) such as minocycline, doxycycline, tetracycline, erythromycin, and amoxicillin
•Topical antibiotics (applied to the skin) such as clindamycin, erythromycinm or dapsone
•Retinoic acid cream or gel (Retin-A) and isotretinoin pills (Accutane) — pregnant women and sexually active adolescent females should NOT take Accutane, as it causes severe birth defects. Women taking Accutane must use two forms of birth control before starting the drug and enroll in the iPledge program.
•Prescription formulas of benzoyl peroxide, sulfur, resorcinol, salicylic acid
•A pill called spironolactone might help women with hormonally controlled acne.
•A laser procedure called photodynamic therapy might also be helpful”

I saw a pretty impressive case where a fellow whose acne was really gross, but Accutane cleared it right up. It wasn’t fast, and his mouth was dry a lot, but it worked.
