Neck rash or acne problem. Any advice on getting rid of it?

by nolageek Question: Rash on the neck or acne problem. Any advice on getting rid of it? I am a man of 32 years and three years ago my neck began to break up with her what looks like acne. Even Though I do not think that acne, because I never had an acne problem. I suppose it’s doable to break with acne only on the neck, but it looks more like a rash that does not go away! They are not full of ichor or anything like that. They are just tiny red dots union through my neck. I do not know how to get rid of them and starting to make me feel embarrassed. Any and all advice on how to remove them will be greatly appreciated.
