Ortho Tri Cyclen for acne? help!?

Question: Ortho Tri Cyclen for acne? help!?
ladies help please! Last year i began taking Ortho Tri Cyclen for acne and also to stay away from becomming pregnant. After about 2 months my skin was perfect! About 7 months later I stopped taking it (not for any reason i just stopped) and I have recently gone back on it. The thing is, I haven’t really seen that much of an improvement in my skin this time around =( I am in the 2nd week of the third month and while it has slightly improved i just dont feel as confident in it this time around. What should I do? Has this ever happend to you before, to have a medicine be less effective the second time around? Or maybe its just taking longer this time?

Also what about YAZ for acne? I tried Yasmin once and it was awful, could yaz be any different? What birth controls have you found to be the best for treating acne?

*note* i have also used the birth control patch (ortho evra) and my skin was also perfect on that! i stopped bc of the health risks associated with the patch.

I have tried the gammat of pills, and I can tell you Yaz has had the best results for me for acne, weight, pmd, etc. Good luck
