Pimples and red marks?

Question: Pimples and red marks?
Okay, I have some red marks that I’m currently working on getting rid of. This used to be pretty easy, but now, I’m breaking out (my skin sucks from the months september-january usually). Does anyone know a product or a home cure that can help with acne AND red marks?

And another question while I’m at it:
I’ve got a large underground (cystic) pimple on my cheek. Anyway to get rid of it by monday or tuesday?

I hope this can help. It’s a paste job from my notes so good luck.

How to stop Acne in its tracks:
======================
Acne is caused by oil clogging pores in the skin. Attack this oil source and acne will be more easily to control.
The oil comes from your scalp under the hair. It creeps down your skin to clog pores. This is why the face and shoulders get acne.
To get rid of oil, wash your scalp with a good shampoo for oily scalp/hair, massaging your scalp and rinse off the oil. You should do this at least 25 times a month, meaning shower apiece day. You might want to include using a special scalp medical shampoo state 2-3 times per month (eg anti dandruff).

Note the shampoo is selected to get rid of oil, if your hair becomes dry, then use a conditioner to suit dry hair. You need to find a conditioner to suit the consequence of showering apiece day.

Shower your hair first, and then wash the residue off your skin starting from the face and going down. It is important that you shampoo your scalp before the rest of your body, so that the oil is removed from your body afterwards.

Alcohol is a great sterilizing wipe to clean existing oils from your skin also, as some of the oils come from the skin. But don’t overdo it as could dry the skin.

Severe Acne sufferers should see a chiropractor as neck miss-alignment can cause acne, especially along the jawbone.

How to stop Acne scarring:
====================
Find the volcano centre part of the pimple by rolling the shank of a pin or needle across the pimple. Gently centre it in a squeeze then using the sterilized pin, prick the centre of the pimple. You might have to prick 3 to 5 mm deep at right angles to the skin, depending on the size of the pimple. The theory is to lance the pimple, to make a hole for the infection to come out. Squeeze the infection out of the hole, just like a volcano erupting. Because the skin has a hole, it is not tearing and there will be no scarring as long as you haven’t squeezed too hard. Remember the theory is to make a hole for it to come out, so the hole has to be accurate and into the infection core.
Sterilize the skin with alcohol.
With skill you can find these volcano centres under the skin before they are really noticeable. I recommend doing a pimple patrol on Wednesdays so you are cool for the weekend.

A good psych is to state “Good riddance Freeloader” on apiece success.

    Lemon juice works extremely well on scars. I personally stand by this recommendation having used it myself with great success. Lemon juice is a citric acid that is part of the Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) group. The AHAs slough off dead skin cells, help the new cells grow underneath, and give elasticity to the skin.

    However, I do caution those with sensitive skin. Lemon juice stings and it could also burn. My skin is quite resilient to all kinds of natural ingredients, and so I can handle the stinging. In fact, I prefer the sensation because it means it’s working for me! Usually, I leave the lemon juice on overnight or under my makeup in the mornings. It’s never bothered or irritated me. Acne scars seem to fade twice as fast when I use it.

    Aloe vera juice or gel is known for its healing ability to fade and prevent scars. You may want to try different brands since not all brands were created equal. Look for the concentration of the actual healing ingredient and whether or not it is diluted by inactive ingredients. One brand I’ve heard that works well for people is Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera.

    Rosehip seed oil is another home remedy for acne scarring that appears to work quite well. Research shows that rosehip oil regenerates the skin, helps reduce wrinkles, acts as an anti-aging agent, and reverses discoloration. It is used in cosmetic products and naturally for facial scarring, acne scarring, sun damage, burn marks, surgical scars, premature aging, and many other skin related problems. You should be able to find it in a health food store. Gently massage the oil onto your scars twice daily.

    Lavender oil is also a popular home remedy for acne scars. Lavender oil is very gentle and is known for its regenerative characteristics.

    Had acne for 16 years and this is the only way I got rid of it. It´s taken from the book The Acne Cure, Dr. Terry J. Dubrow and Benda D. Adderly.
    Use some product with salicylic acid at 2% in the mornings and evenings, let it stand for 5 minutes, then rinse. In the morning after the salicylic, use glicolic acid at 10%, let it stand for 5 minutes and rinse. Use sun block.
    Evenings: after the salicylic use benzoil peroxide at 2.5 or 5% (NO MORE or it will burn your skin), the peroxide works better if you keep it on the fridge (don´t freeze it), and you pass some ice cubes wrapped on a towel before applying it. Don´t rinse the peroxide until the morning.
    You will see results in 24 hours, this really works. It may sound complicated but it´s not and it´s worth it. Use it until your acne stops or at any signs of returning acne.
    On the other hand, all these products are at Walgreens or any pharmacy and they´re not expensive.
    Good luck.
