Theres this stuff i used for my face and it might work. its called bye bye blemish. Its a pink stuff u place on with a cotton swab and it basically dries them out overnight, so it might work for u. I got it at a local drugstore so i would look into that and it wasnt that exspensive maybe btwn -15. goodluck!

There are a few reasons for back acne. One of the biggest reasons is using laundry detergent that has fragrance or other irritants in them.

The brand All makes a “free clear” laundry detergent. I switched and most of my back congestion cleared up.
Another thing is sunlight. A little bit of sunlight is good for clearing up back acne.

If your acne needs more than that, Murad makes a product that works wonders for body acne. It’s called Clarifying Body Spray and has a 360 degree spray, so you can easily spray your back. It is a little expensive at $37, but it’s worth it.

I used to have this problem too, so here are some tips to try.

    1. Use an unscented laundry detergent, because sometimes the fragrances can be irritating to sensitive skin.

    2. If you workout or do anything that causes you to sweat, shower or at least use a washcloth to wash your chest and back, so oil and sweat can’t build up and clog pores. It’s important to keep the area clean, so get in the habit of washing your back/chest every night like you would your face, even though it is somewhat more time consuming.

    3. I like the neutrogena body wash products, they are made specifically for body acne and have ingredients to dry that out.

    4. Put some witch hazel on a cotton ball and wipe it across your back/chest at night to help clear up acne

    5. You can also try spot treatment products for your face on bad acne on the body.

    6. The sun! I’ve noticed it really does improve the back/chest acne if you wear like a spaghetti strap top and expose that skin to the sun a bit. Just be careful not to be out too long so it doesn’t burn and get red and irritated!
