Quick acne issue? Just wondering…?
June 15th, 2009Question: Swift acne issue? Just wondering…?
My acne fortunately isn’t too much of a problem for me. I wash my face each night, use water based makeup, exfoliate with a mild exfoliant. I know my skin type (combination) and other factors such as those. I recently took the skinID quiz from neutrogena. When I answered the question about which type of acne do you have most often, I answered with nodule. Then, it came up saying that my acne type required the help of a dermatologist. Is there any over-the-counter treatments or home remedies that are somewhat cheap (less than ) that will help treat my type of acne? Thanks. Just wondering…

Doxycycline – but not sure if this is “over the counter”.
put a drop of tee tree oil on some cotton wool and dab over the acne at night before bed for about two weeks or less..tee tree is really affective at clearing up spots and acne…hope this helps:)
