quick back acne remedy please?

hey guys,
so i’m getting married next month (6.18.11) <3 and my back is chock full of backne, and my chest has some too. tmi, i know it's gross. haha. but seriously, i need some help! it's so humiliating and i just want it to be gone for my wedding because i do have an open back dress! i already exfoliate and use a neutrogena skinID, but it just doesn't seem to work. do any of you know any swift ways to get rid of all these blemishes, products, or anything?? i'm willing to try anything and everything!!!!!

Keep exfoliating it and using acne products like Proactive. Keep the pores clear. You can get a “back facial” at a salon or spa and ask for extractions. Use an acne mask on it regularly and you should be ok.
