Hi what foundation brand is best and why? Pros and cons ? Safe for acne and controls oil? Good coverage and lasts long for light skin.

Note: I have oily and pale skin and some acne and some scarring that is noticable

And I need a foundation and powder out of these companies and I need to know which is best and why or which is worst
