In addition to taking multivitamins, should I also take Vitamin B complex?
I have moderate acne and thinning hair on top of my head due to stress (school-related). And I heard that taking Vit B complex will help with the skin (make the pores smaller) and also for hair growth. The thing is I don’t have hairy arms or legs so I’m worried if I take ‘em, I’ll be hairy on those areas as well lol
Anyway, should i take Vit B complex? Serious replies only!!!

Proactive really does work. and that neutrogena oil free acne wash too. if u have severe acne, u shud c a dermatologist and get accutain. my friend took that and his whole face was covered and within a couple months it was all clear.
