oh wow. home remedies will not work on cystic acne. i know that. go to your dermatologist before it spreads. cystic ance tends to do that. just so you know…cystic acne will turn into acne scars eventually., really. go see your dermatologist so you can minimize scarring. im sorry that you didn’t want to spend money but if you really want to save your face, go to the dermatologist. i was int eh same situation as you. and it spread. =[
