The Ten Big Reasons To Quit Smoking

Bad habits always have its drawback much more so when this drawback entails the risk of smoking.  To overcome these bad habits is extremely difficult because of the pleasant feeling one derives from doing so.  Smoking is the worst of all bad habits commonly seen. If we speak about addiction, smoking is considered worse than cocaine and is the one responsible for millions of deaths apiece year. 8. A smoker will experience fewer health problems like common colds, flu or tonsillitis when he decides to quit smoking.

9. When a smoker decides to quit smoking, chances are, money spent on cigarettes can be saved because they won’t purchase anymore a pack or more of cigarette apiece day.

10. A smoker will experience a superior feeling about oneself due to the absence of nicotine and other harmful substances in the body.

Given all these reasons, the decision to quit should be given weight for a smoker to act as soon as possible. If you find it too drastic and difficult to quit, you might try other safer smoking aids like the latest innovation – the innocuous cig.  The electronic cigarette or the smokeless cigarette is the safest substitute to the traditional cigarette used in smoking. When you smoke the innocuous cig, the smoke produced is not carcinogenic, unlike the traditional tobacco smoke. It comes in different levels of nicotine that aids smokers to gradually quit smoking.

Tobacco cigarette smoking is a terrible usage and contributes to severe health problems later in life. So become determined to quit this day if you want to have a healthy and longer life.
