Alpha and beta hydroxy acids. These are widely available
over-the-counter and are the mildest form of fruit acids used to
create a peeling of the skin. They work slowly over time to speed
up the exfoliation process. I speak about this in greater detail in

Hahaa. I actually get those emails too. For the first one try to use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash. For the third one try basically to stay away from the chocolates, hard candy, and junk food altogether. So that means all chips, cake, cookies and candy.
And for number 5 for the sunblock try the Coppertone Sport one. They have a spray one so you dont have to rub it in.

An old-fashioned brand of glycerin soap is Pears. There is also Basis and Neutrogena glycerin soaps.

Sunscreen usually state on the packaging if it is a non-oily, non-greasy sunscreen or say “for Faces”.
Many brands have a non-oily version like Coppertone, Banana Boat, Etc.
