Question: Ways to reduce stress and acne?
Well my physician states I’m the type of mortal that internalizes stress. My parents state that it is because I get paranoid about tiny things, which is not true. It is because they constantly yell at me for tiny things (I forgot to pick a piece of paper from off the floor) and I’m under constant verbal abuse. However, there really isn’t a way for me to get my anger and distress out at home because well….they are there. I do leave for college soon, but I attend college in the same city they live and they will be paying for a lot of my expenses so I will still have to deal with them. Because of all of this extra stress, I’ve broken out worse than I ever have before. My parents took me to a dermatologist, who prescribed me Differin but my folks have constantly place off buying it for the past 5 months. So I highly doubt I’m going to get that. Is there anything I can do to reduce my zits? I have a whole bunch of tiny whiteheads, no huge ones or blackheads. Proactive doesn’t work, I’m allergic to Acne Free, and clean and clear didn’t do anything for me.

Now don’t get me wrong, I love my parents, I just don’t like them a lot of the time becuase they tend to treat me like a maid. I do all the cooking, cleaning, and laundry. They do NONE OF IT and when something isn’t done picture perfect, I’m under a lot of heat and stress
