Vitamins for Acne

Question: What 2 do with Baby Acne
is there any kind of soap or wash that i can use on my 1 mth old she has the lil acne all over on her face eyelid and neck. i kno nothing on her face just water and a washcloth but is there nething to use on her neck or just leave it and it will go away? and continue washing normally?
how do they get it neways? is it because of the heat? i had it when i was younger when i was her age but i was born in the later part of winter so is it cuz i had it is that why she is getting it?
