I’m exhausted of buying store purchased face washes. They don’t do you any good and you’re pretty much putting chemicals on your skin and harmful it. My skin can get very oily it has a few black heads on nose and it has a bit of acne. For whatever the reason I always seem to get white heads to even though i do exfoliate and i also have a tiny acne with scars. What are your favorite remedies to clear blemishes and other acne. thanks.

Boil some water, pour It in a bowl, lean over the bowl for 10 minutes with a towel over your head. Then after 10 minutes go wash your face. it works wonders. Only do this once a week and 10 minutes max time. Anymore and you will cause skin damage. what this does is open your pores
Home remedy:
Crush up several non-coated aspirin and dissolve with water until you have a thick paste.
Add a little honey to the paste. Spread over skin, and let sit for as long as you like. Rinse off and follow with a gentle, alcohol-free toner and an oil free moisturizer if needed.
The salicylic acid in the aspirin is a natural exfoliant (Beta Hydroxy Acid) and can be found in many over-the-counter acne preparations. The honey is a natural germicidal agent as well as being very soothing to the skin.

Apply tea tree oil to the area several times each day. Some research indicates that tea tree oil is just as effective as benzoyl peroxide, the number one over-the-counter acne treatment.
Fake tan, believe it or not seemed to clear up my acne every now and then (when i applied it) – loreal sublime bronze gel, the only brand i use of that now. i was once on roaccutane which is amazing and clears it all up – look into that too (hospital prescription only)
as for steaming your face, afterwards rinse with cold water to close pores to stop dirt getting back in.
