I have back acne scars. I am really white complected and my back acne scars are dark. If I tan will they go darker? What if I use a tanning lotion like jergens, what will happen? I want to cover up the scars or get rid of them somehow.

Scars tan at a lower rate due to the skin cells being damaged. So if they are already dark I would say as u tan they will blend in…and perhaps get a bit darker but not noticably.
