Exfoliate the area is your best weapon. But you should seriously consider using benzol peroxide products to treat acne. Some of the best products we have are available with out a perscription like Clearasil. Keep in mind that treatment HAS to be used every single day for months before it begins to work.
Scar tissue is likely permanent. There isn’t an effective way to “naturally” treat it. So I recommend a non natural method that REALLY works!
Chemical Peels for Acne Scar Removal – Your Best Options
After acne breakouts and skin imbalances have subsided, you may be left with dark marks and scars from the experience. Acne scar removal treatments can help you achieve a clear complexion, and chemical peels are one of the simplest solutions for getting rid of acne scars for good. Superficial, medium and deep peels can help reduce the appearance of scars, remove damaged skin cells from the top layer of the skin, and improve the texture and tone of your skin overall. Chemical peel treatments can also reduce the risk of future acne breakouts and help increase skin’s resilience.
one thing: ha MissyNat… i don’t think he’s a she ;P
I use vinegar for my skin, it’s natural and cheap.
Here is a link that talks about using apple cider vinegar to treat acne.

Retin-A is great for acne and redness. Benzaclin is part benzoyl peroxide and part antibiotic and does very well. You could use the Retin-A at night and the Benzaclin during the day time at some point. I didn’t realize the importance of exfoliation until I went to my esthetician. Go to one and get a peel followed by a light pulse treatment. If you can afford the Active FX laser, go for it after consulting the derm. A good idea would be to use an exfoliation wash like Clean and Clear with a buff puff every night and a few or a couple of times each week use a microdermabrasion tool that you can get at a beauty supply store for about thirty bucks. This is especially helpful if you want to keep acne at bay and treat superficial acne scars. Drink a lot of water and cut down on white sugar. I like that someone suggested green tea. Drinking that will help. For a good standard wash, Aveeno is a good product to use. I’m sorry if some of this may not sound completely natural (light treatment, etc.) but I’m just trying to think of all you can do. One more thing: exercise. The toxins in your face are released when you sweat. Take care!
