Ive experimented with many types medicine. But the best thing to use from my experience is Neutrogena acne body wash, it works wonders give it about a few days to kick in, it gets rid of pimples and prevents more from coming.
And also what you use for your face can also be use to treat either your decolliegte, and your back. good luck!
