Which home acne remedy is best? URGENT?

Question: Which home acne cure is best? URGENT?
I tried a bunch of remedies to try and make this painful zit I have on my chin smaller for a bbq tomorrow. It’s gotten smaller and I want to make it disappear or small enough to cover up. I’ve heard these are the best overnight treatment. Which one should I use to give the best results?
1. Grind some nutmeg with milk and apply on affected area. Pimples disappear like illusion without leaving a mark.
2. Grind orange peel with some water to a paste and apply on affected parts. One of the best acne home remedies.

*And when they state grind do they mean place it in a blender or what?*

I’ve heard toothpaste works but never tried it myself. Why don’t you just go the store and purchase some benzoyl peroxide cream?

If you can get some sun exposure before the event, absolutely do that it will help a lot. Take some aspirin or aspirin too. See if you have any hydrocortisone (e.g. Cortizone-10) cream like for bug bites, which will reduce the redness.
