Why do I still have acne?
January 25th, 2010Question: Why do I still have acne? I had acne for 2 years (1912-1913)! I am sick and exhausted of it! They usually do not go anywhere w / OA lot of makeup (Detailed description “First, I add a green powder, then a few layers of the cover, then a layer of oil-free basis). I’m ashamed and have low self-esteem and sometimes cry (believe it or not) because I feel so god damn ugly! My family and my friends state I’m beautiful, but I feel much beautiful with acne out! My case is not serious, I have about a few flat red scars (known as acne freckles) on the forehead, about 5 active grains on the forehead, flat acne scars on the sides of my head, and about few on my chin and “mustache” area. I do not feel good @ all. I absolutely cut sugar, salt and high fat foods from my diet. I take about 15 vitamins, which helps reflect the best acne-making, and the only thing really going to consume include salmon, anything high in fiber, avocados, all high in omega-3 fatty acids acids, and a lot of nutrient rich in vitamins A and D. And place these things into my face I use Murad and I have a very costly oil of oregano cream. They are literally the highest calibre ingredients of acne on the grill! I also use a special nutrogena gentle face wash in the shower. I have no stress, I know that puberty is not, I think more or less happens. Also, my skin is not always fat! Before you think (my face) (to see if your fat) that carry a hand sanitizer and use it before I feel so bacteria will not face. i clean my sheets and pillowcases dn’t use dryer (becuse you add the oil and fat from fat) on my clothes! What the hell am I doing wrong! I have not known anyone who spent this much time to solve your acne and do not think you have either. Even all of my makeup is done to break-prone skin! My skin is getting a wee superior each day, but not so fast! PLEASE HELP ME! I’m so desperate its not funny! (@ All!)
