Question: Why is my back so ITCHY?! Not dry skin, no rash, not acne, not allergies and absolutely not preg! Frustrated!?
So each day several times a day for as long as I can remember, my back is really itchy. I am very hygienic, and keep my skin moisturized. I have changed soap/lotion many times to reduce the number of variables and my sister is just about ready to disown me due to the number of times I ask her to scratch my back. For my last birthday she purchased me a back scratcher, but it’s just not the same. I have even changed laundry detergent. UGH.

Lastly I want to state that there is no dry skin, no rash, no acne, no allergies (to my knowledge), I’m not pregnant, and the skin looks perfectly normal until I begin scratching away and then it turns red (of course!).

Please help? :(

Hi,

Although I have seen that most root problems in myself and others has usually been from long and or short term allergic reactions to ’something’ COMBINED WITH a weakened lymph liver kidney and immune systems – IF the following symptoms would ever occur – I think the worst rash one might possibly have rapidly acquired is from deadly bacterial meningitis, but bacterial meningitis would be very rare.

The two quotes below are from: <> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bacterial_Meningitis <>

<>
“IF a rash is present, it might indicate a particular cause of meningitis; for instance, meningitis caused by meningococcal bacteria might be accompanied by a characteristic rash.”
<>

<>
“The MOST common symptoms of meningitis are headache and neck stiffness associated with fever, confusion or modified consciousness, vomiting, and an inability to tolerate light (photophobia) or loud noises (phonophobia). SOMETIMES, especially in small children, only nonspecific symptoms might be present, such as irritability and drowsiness.”

For further information on itch rash illnesses and for long term solutions TO THEM ALL – the following link has considerable info within a ‘report’ I recently posted:

I truly hope what you learn will help you to decide on the correct choices that will cure your painful malady in the future.
