Why It’s Not Your Fault You’re Not Losing Weight

 Have you ever felt like you are doing everything to get in shape and drop those LBs yet nothing seems to be happening?  When you don’t see results you lose motivation and your efforts to lose the stomach fat, thigh flubber, and arm jiggle plummet.

So what is going on? Most likely, it’s not your fault.  Losing weight the right way just isn’t something a lot of women were taught, and in fact there are too many liars around holding you back from ever learning the “right way”.   It’s a depressing truth that most people are out to make a penny, and not to make you see great results… just check it out:  

There are three major groups of liars hanging out around the fitness world: 

  1. Crappy individualized trainers.  
  2.  Home gym fitness gear makers 
  3. Supplement companies

When it comes to trainers, many just don’t have a clue what really works for you.  Because of their deficient of drive and or knowledge, some trainers just achievement you from organisation to machine, promising results from these exercise routines but delivering little… hoping you just keep coming back for more.   It makes me so angry when I see trainers like this, because they don’t really care.   Just to clarify, those machines work one muscle group at a time and do tiny to improve your overall physique and fitness levels. 

 Number two on the list is the home fitness equipment.   Big promises from fitness models tell you you’ll lose all the weight and have a six back if you use their special fitness toy.   Some swear that you will only need to spend 10 minutes or less a day to get results.   The truth is that it’s not the truth… it takes hard work and dedication to get results like the models. Not some piece of ab equipment. 

 And last, but absolutely not least, there is the supplement industry which just happens to bring in billions apiece year.  And most are crazy! For example, if fat burners really worked and were healthy do you think blubber levels would be so high right now?   The truth is that clean eating is key to getting the natural supplements you need to feel your best, and look your best.   The truth is that research just conducted shows that there was no fat loss difference between people who took a diet pill and those that took a placebo because the pills were worthless. 

So if you’re looking to really burn off the fat for 2011, then place aside what you’ve heard before and open up to the possibilities that something superior is out there. For example weight training for women is the best way to burn off fat, increase your metabolism and look and feel better… not cardio .
