Question: Will my acne come back after I finish my Accutane treatment?
Actually, I’m taking another form of Accutane, which is called Accuran, and it’s exactly the same in the levels of isotretinoin. I managed to keep taking the pills for all the months my derm told me despite the side effects which were at a medium level. I’m finishing at the end of June. I’m afraid that after some years the acne will return to my face, my back, my chest, my legs and arms though some people state it won’t. What will actually happen?

No way to know. A small percentage of people have acne after taking accutane. It depends on the severity of the acne, locations and total dose of acne. Even if it recurs, it tends to respond to more conservative treatment that it resisted before the accutane. Enjoy the deficient of acne and deal with the recurrence if it ever develops. Remember stress makes acne worse.
