Vitamins for Acne

Question: Will my face go back to its normal color when my acne goes away?
I’m naturally pale and I have mild acne. I use perscription topical stuff and clearisil pads. My face is slightly reddened. What is causing this and will my face go back to its normal pale color when my acne goes away?
