Vitamins for Acne

Question: Would this hair cut suit and compliment my facial structure? (Pictures)?
Hello everyone! Usually I’m the one who is answering questions and giving my two cents, but I need your guys’ opinion. I am going to get a haircut, probably a more costly cut- and I want to get it right considering I’ve been doing my hair for two and a half years now.

I love the look of Reese Witherspoon’s bangs that have volume, but are straight and her long blonde hair.

I’m growing my hair out, it’s currently 1/4 down my chest and it’s a dark mahogony, chestnut color. I have really light skin and blue eyes. Here’s a pic of the haircut I would like:
